Quality Control
Inspection at every stage of production.
A documented QC process designed to give international buyers consistent product and predictable shipments.

QC Principle
"Catch defects at the source." Each station inspects its own output before passing work downstream — defects don't travel.
- 01
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming leather, microfiber, lining, eyelets, toe caps, midsoles, threads and outsole compounds verified against approved specifications.
- 02
Upper Cutting & Stitching Inspection
Cut parts checked for dimensional accuracy. Stitched uppers verified for stitch density, alignment, eyelet placement and reinforcement.
- 03
Toe Cap & Midsole Checking
Steel or composite toe caps and anti-puncture midsoles inspected for correct placement, seating and orientation before lasting.
- 04
Sole Bonding Strength Testing
Cemented and injection-bonded soles tested for adhesion strength to confirm long-term durability under load.
- 05
Slip Resistance Testing
Outsole grip evaluated on representative surfaces to verify slip-resistance performance for the targeted standard.
- 06
Flexing Test
Flex endurance testing on the upper-to-sole bond and outsole structure to validate wear life.
- 07
Waterproof Test
For waterproof models, finished shoes evaluated for water ingress before being released to packing.
- 08
Final Appearance Inspection
100% visual inspection for cosmetic defects, color uniformity, lacing, labeling and pair matching.
- 09
Packing Inspection Before Shipment
Carton counts, barcodes, master labels, packing list and pallet configuration verified prior to container loading.
